12 focused weeks to get fitter, lose some excess weight and feel more confident heading into summer — while learning how to enjoy food, social events and Christmas without everything unravelling.
Every year, this is the time I start cleaning things up myself. Not because I want to spend summer dieting, and not because you need to be shredded to enjoy it.
The goal is to arrive at summer feeling fitter, lighter, stronger and more comfortable in yourself — so Christmas parties, meals out and a few drinks stay as moments, rather than turning into weeks of feeling off track.
Everything is designed to be clear, practical and easy to follow inside the app.
Structured strength training with clear progression and sensible intensity.
Extra arms/core style work for weeks when you want more.
Start with a solid aerobic base and build from there.
Short lessons to help during the 12 weeks and afterwards.
Report progress, ask questions and get feedback.
A simple mobility option you can use on days you feel stiff or tight.
This programme gives you a practical framework to train consistently, improve fitness and make better food decisions in real life.
Aim for 3 gym sessions and around 3 cardio sessions each week, while staying generally active where possible.
Learn protein, portions, food choices, meal prep, weekends, eating out, alcohol and how to return to routine after an imperfect day.
Adults who already have gym access, know they should be doing something, and want structure to help them stay consistent.
You do not need to be a Les Mills member. Any suitable commercial gym is fine.
The coached programme runs from 7 September to 29 November 2026. The first intake is capped at 20 participants so support stays manageable.
Your weekly coaching ends at Week 12, but you keep app access through 31 December 2026.
You’ll also receive a concise guide with the key training, nutrition and behaviour principles to keep using afterwards.
No. You can train at any reasonably well-equipped commercial gym.
No. This first version is a gym-based programme and does not include a separate home-training track.
No rigid meal plan. You’ll receive practical nutrition education, meal-building guidance and examples so you can make decisions that fit your own work, family and social life.
Minor exercise substitutions may be possible where appropriate, but this is not an injury rehabilitation service or highly individualised 1:1 programme. If you need substantial modification, contact Robert before signing up.
Nothing dramatic. The programme is built around learning how to return to your normal routine rather than turning one imperfect decision into an abandoned week.
Not shredded. Not perfect. Just fitter, lighter, stronger, more confident — and better equipped to enjoy the season without everything going out the window.
